Constructing a house in Bali is a very difficult task: You don't only have to clean the land from trees and bushes before you start bulding but you also have to make sure that the vegetation on your land is tamed and maintained. There is also the challenge of negotiating with each and every professional involved and to coordinate all the individual task for different companies and individual contractors. Therefore it takes a very long time to build Taman Teman and also a lot of work and stamina. 

Our common dream of our Garden of Friends links us to our friends in Bali and we are very proud that we can work on this project together despite the distance and the lack of financial resources.
